Multi-Function Printers
Multi-function printers (MFP) provide large enterprise environments with convenient business tools for employee faxing, copying, scanning and printing. More and more, installations of these printers are available with an added feature: an embedded RF IDeas reader.
The reader adds the ability to use the same badge employees’ use for identification and access to interact with the printer. Employees are able to use their badge after they send a print job to allow their document to print only in their presence.
