Credit Application: Please click here to obtain our Credit Application form. If you have your own pre-printed references and fax numbers, you are welcome to attach to our form.
Guarantee: All single unit purchases, except the software developer's kits (SDKs), carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. The SDKs are not returnable.
Returns: All returns require an RMA authorization number in advance. Returns are subject to a 30% re-stock fee.
Shipping: We normally ship by Fed Exp 3 day. Shipping charges are additional.
Tax Forms:
International Orders: RF IDeas will notify you via email of the correct freight charges once they are calculated. Orders outside USA and Canada must be pre-paid via wire transfer or credit card. No C.O.D. or Purchase Orders will be accepted.
RF IDeas now offers our international customers a chance to purchase product on net thirty day terms. To qualify for N/30 day terms simply give us, name, address and telephone number of three (3) USA-based vendors (sorry MUST be USA vendors). Please click here to obtain our Credit Application form.. Please e-mail these to hkuehn@rfideas.com. After a check of these references if you qualify for open credit you will be notified by e-mail our acceptance. If accepted you will have 30 days to wire transfer your payment. Wire transfer information will also be included with our e-mail accepting you to purchase on a N/30 day basis.
