ROLLING MEADOWS, Ill.--(May 18, 2017)--rf IDEAS Inc., a leading innovator and manufacturer of employee badge readers for in-building applications such as computer access, identification, and secure print was awarded a 2017 JetAdvantage Sales Excellence Award for its partnership with HP in securing major sales deals. As an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for HP, rf IDEAS provides the RFID readers for HP multi-function printers (MFP) and single-function printers. The 2017 JetAdvantage Sales Excellence Award was presented as a recognition of rf IDEAS ' role in securing a large deployment contract.

This year's conference, held April 24-27 in San Francisco gathered more than 150 individuals, and concluded with seven awards bestowed within four categories. rf IDEAS was one of two companies awarded the 2017 JetAdvantage Sales Excellence Award, which was presented to rf IDEAS president, David Cottingham, by Edmund Wingate Vice President and General Manager of Printing Solutions at HP Inc.
