What is the license fee model for the credentials?
o Orange PACK ID: consists in a one-time fee for the credential (except for the standalone app which is free). Portal set up and maintenance fees apply.
o Safetrust: consists in an annual subscription, prorated through the end of the calendar year of the initial purchase and renewed annually.
o HID® Mobile Access: consists in an Annual subscription, renewed 12 months after initial purchase. Add-on licenses are prorated to the end of the 12-month period after initial purchase.

Is there an app to store and manage the mobile credentials? Where do I download it?
Each of the solutions is a “mobile wallet” app. PACK ID, Safetrust and HID® Mobile Access can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play. However, the credentials will not be enabled until they are provisioned through the portal by the end-user admin. Once provisioned, the user will receive an e-mail with a link to activate the credentials.
Can the read range for each WAVE ID® Mobile Reader be adjusted? What is the maximum read range with the BLE technology?
Yes, the read range can be changed by adjusting the transmitter and receiver sensitivity with the rf IDEAS Mobile Configurator utility, and it also can be further adjusted on the mobile device through the management portal (PACK ID) or mobile app settings (Safetrust and HID® Mobile Access). The maxim range of the BLE technology used in our readers is 30m (~100ft), but in most cases a much shorter read range is preferable in order to enable true tap-and-go authentication experience.
