Internships

At rf IDEAS, we hold our products and ourselves to the highest standards. Part of ensuring we continue to excel at both is by providing a structured internship program that offers interested undergrads an opportunity to immerse themselves in our organization. Through this program, you'll gain real life experiences and exposure, develop applicable skillsets, build your network and contribute to projects with real business impact.

• Before you get started on your application, you will need a resume detailing your experiences, relevant coursework, applicable projects, extracurriculars, etc. We'd also ask that you have an unofficial version of your transcript at the ready for when the time comes.
• You can easily browse and apply to any open summer internship by going to our 'Careers' site. To complete the application, you'll need approximately 10 minutes of uninterrupted time to upload both your resume, unofficial transcript as well as complete a short behavioral assessment. rf IDEAS recruits on a rolling basis. Meaning, candidates are considered as they apply, until the opportunity is filled. Because of this, you are encouraged to apply at least a few months prior to the start of the internship for the best chance of success, and to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Upon review of your application, you'll be notified if you've been selected for an interview. If your application progresses, you will have a total of three (3) live video interviews with HR and applicable stakeholders involved in the hiring decision. In advance of all interviews, you'll want to make note of the following tips:

• rf IDEAS conducts all video interviews over Microsoft Teams—be sure you test your internet connection, audio, and video with a friend or family member to make sure this is software is downloaded correctly, and everything is in working order
• Please place your phone on silent, limiting distractions
• Speak clearly and look directly into the camera
• Be aware of your background and lighting, keeping it as professional as possible
• Please note that the use of AI is prohibited during these interviews. If the interviewer feels that AI is being used in some way, the interview may be suspended, and your candidacy may no longer be considered. We understand you may be nervous, and that's OK, but we ask that you answer all questions genuinely and without assistance. This will also increase the likelihood of a successful internship experience if you're chosen.

Most hiring decisions are made shortly after each interview. We will work as quickly as possible, but limitations may exist that cause a delay. We greatly respect your time, so we will always notify you as soon as a decision has been reached. If the decision is made to extend an offer, you will work with HR on details and paperwork. Please know that to get the most out of our internship program, we require onsite presence throughout the entirety of the internship.
